I was assigned the task of creating a typeface for the object 'injection needle'. As part of the ideation process, I created a mindmap to generate some thumbnail sketches for my typeface. As this was my first time designing a typeface, I had to research and select a typeface as my reference.

'Triface' is a monospaced font created by Marc Rudin based on a strict geometric concept. There is something appealing about the 3D form of the typeface as well as how the designers have formed the letters.
